Role Overview

We’re hiring a Social Media Growth & Design lead to build and scale a social presence from the ground up.

This is a hybrid role where growth is the priority, supported by strong design execution. You’ll own LinkedIn and Twitter/X accounts end-to-end - from strategy and content creation to performance tracking and iteration.

Your focus is to turn the brand into a must-follow voice in its category ahead of a major launch.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Growth (Primary)

Own and grow LinkedIn and Twitter/X accounts
Develop and execute a content strategy leading up to launch
Write high-performing posts, threads, and short-form content
Identify and leverage trends, news, and cultural moments
Continuously experiment with formats and angles
Engage with founders, investors, and key industry voices
Track performance metrics and optimize weekly

Design & Creative (Secondary)

Design social media graphics and visual assets
Create announcement and campaign visuals
Build launch and countdown creatives
Design email templates for outreach and announcements
Develop reusable templates in Figma
Maintain a consistent, premium visual identity

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With

Figma
Canva
LinkedIn & Twitter/X (native publishing and analytics)
Google Docs / Notion
Basic analytics tools (platform insights, scheduling tools, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience growing a social media account (personal or brand)
Strong writing skills - especially hooks and short-form content
Deep understanding of LinkedIn and Twitter/X content dynamics
Ability to think like a growth operator, not just a content creator
Strong visual taste and attention to detail
Self-directed and comfortable working with minimal oversight
Highly aware of trends, internet culture, and timing

Nice to Have

Experience in tech, startups, AI, or emerging industries
Experience building an audience from zero
Familiarity with founder-led or event-led content strategies
Basic motion/animation skills (for social assets)
Experience with email marketing design
