Role Overview
We are looking for a technically strong and systems-oriented GTM (Go-To-Market) Engineer to build and scale our growth and marketing infrastructure. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of experience who are passionate about data pipelines, automation, and integrating product data with marketing systems.
You will work at the intersection of engineering, data, and growth-owning how data flows across tools, enabling accurate tracking, and powering high-impact marketing initiatives. This is a remote role, offering flexibility along with strong ownership and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Tracking Infrastructure

Design, implement, and maintain scalable tracking systems across web and product environments.

Own event tracking architecture, ensuring consistent and reliable data collection.

Debug and resolve tracking discrepancies across platforms.
Data Pipelines & Integrations

Build and manage data pipelines between product, data warehouse, and marketing tools.

Integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools (e.g., Segment, RudderStack, Zapier).

Ensure clean, structured, and accessible data for downstream use (CRM, analytics, ads platforms).
Marketing & Growth Systems

Architect and optimize the GTM tech stack (CRM, attribution tools, analytics platforms).

Enable campaign tracking, user segmentation, and lifecycle automation.

Support attribution modeling and multi-channel performance tracking.
Experimentation & Optimization

Partner with growth and product teams to implement A/B testing frameworks and experimentation tools.

Enable data-driven decision-making through reliable experiment tracking and reporting.

Improve funnel visibility and conversion tracking across the user journey.
Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align on data and tracking requirements.

Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Manage multiple projects while ensuring high data quality and system reliability.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a GTM, growth engineering, data engineering, or similar technical role.

Strong understanding of event tracking, analytics, and marketing data flows.

Hands-on experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Segment (or similar CDPs), and analytics platforms.

Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of JavaScript and APIs.

Experience with data integration, automation, and system design.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and scalability.

Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts clearly.
