Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to manage inbound leads, drive outbound outreach, and build early-stage pipeline. This is a high-ownership role where you will engage with prospective customers, understand their business needs, and create qualified opportunities for the sales team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and US-based clients to turn interest into meaningful sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Engagement

Follow up with inbound leads, demo requests, and signups with personalized messaging.

Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Identify customer needs, interest level, and potential fit.

Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups to drive engagement.
Account Research & Prospecting

Research target companies and identify relevant contacts.

Understand company background, industry, and potential use cases.

Keep track of account activity and engagement history.

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Pipeline & Lead Qualification

Qualify leads based on business needs, interest, and readiness to buy.

Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.

Provide clear notes and context for smooth handoff to Account Executives.

Track outreach performance and follow-up activities.
Communication & Messaging

Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition in a simple and compelling way.

Tailor messaging based on different industries and customer profiles.

Handle objections professionally and keep prospects engaged.
Requirements

1-3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, lead generation, or sales support.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to personalize outreach and engage prospects effectively.

Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and outbound strategies.

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote US shift environment.
Preferred

Experience in B2B SaaS or service-based sales.
