Paid Media Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads, drive customer acquisition, and maximize return on investment (ROI).

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, a strong understanding of B2B lead generation, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization. You should be analytical, proactive, and comfortable making data-driven decisions to continuously improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy

Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
Allocate and optimize advertising budgets to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency and lead quality.

Campaign Management

Build, launch, and manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and re-marketing campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
Create effective campaign structures, ad groups, audience segments, and ad variations.
Monitor campaign performance and implement ongoing optimizations.
Manage bidding strategies, budget pacing, and campaign scaling.

Audience Targeting & Optimization

Develop audience strategies using demographics, interests, behaviors, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and re-marketing.
Continuously optimize targeting based on campaign performance and lead quality.
Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign settings to improve results.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversion Rate
- Cost Per Click (CPC)
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Landing Page & Conversion Optimization

Collaborate with designers and developers to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
Recommend improvements to messaging, calls-to-action, user experience, and conversion funnels.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging advertising technologies.
Test new campaign types, bidding strategies, audience segments, and creative formats.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and overall marketing performance.

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Experience managing B2B lead generation campaigns.
Knowledge of landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms to support campaign research, ad copy ideation, and workflow efficiency.
