Social Media & Executive Brand Strategist
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Social Media & Executive Brand Strategist to lead the digital presence of our leadership team and the company. This role is responsible for developing and executing personal branding strategies for our leadership team while driving the company's social media strategy across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional storyteller with a deep understanding of social media trends, content strategy, audience psychology, and executive thought leadership. You should be equally comfortable creating compelling content, building long-term brand strategies, analyzing performance, and collaborating across teams to deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Branding & Social Media Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive personal branding strategies for the leadership team across LinkedIn, Reddit, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Build authentic thought leadership by creating content that reflects each leader's expertise, voice, and industry perspective.
Develop platform-specific strategies that increase visibility, engagement, credibility, and influence.
Identify industry trends, conversations, and content opportunities that position the leadership team as trusted voices within their industry.
Continuously monitor platform updates, algorithm changes, and audience behavior to optimize content strategy.
Company Social Media Strategy
Own and execute the company's social media strategy across LinkedIn, Reddit, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Develop content strategies that support brand awareness, employer branding, lead generation, community engagement, and business growth.
Create, manage, and execute comprehensive content calendars, publishing schedules, and campaign plans aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to translate business initiatives into engaging social media campaigns.
Content Creation & Execution
Lead the end-to-end content creation process, including ideation, research, scripting, copywriting, planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance optimization.
Produce compelling written, visual, and multimedia content tailored to each platform and audience.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and creative partners to deliver high-quality content.
Repurpose long-form content into engaging platform-specific formats, including short-form videos, carousels, articles, and thought leadership posts.
Ensure consistency across both leadership and company messaging while maintaining authentic brand voices.
Marketing Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns and social media strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with sales, product, HR, and leadership teams to amplify key initiatives through social media.
Identify opportunities to leverage executive branding in support of product launches, company announcements, recruitment, partnerships, and business development efforts.
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, audience growth, website traffic, and lead generation.
Translate social media performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Conduct regular audits of leadership and company social channels to identify optimization opportunities.
Continuously test new content formats, messaging strategies, and platform features to improve performance.
AI-Powered Content & Innovation
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging technologies to enhance research, content ideation, drafting, repurposing, and workflow efficiency.
Combine AI-assisted workflows with strong creative judgment to ensure content remains authentic, engaging, and aligned with brand objectives.
Stay informed about emerging content trends, AI tools, and social media innovations to continuously improve content quality and productivity.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in social media management, executive branding, content marketing, or personal brand strategy.
Proven experience managing executive, founder, leadership, or company social media accounts across multiple platforms.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Reddit, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, including platform best practices and content strategies.
Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and content planning skills.
Demonstrated ability to create and execute social media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
AI Proficiency: Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to support content creation, research, and workflow optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have

Video editing, graphic design, or motion graphics experience.
