Role Overview
The Summer Rep-Rise Program is a 6-week immersive internship designed for ambitious students and fresh graduates looking to gain practical experience in a modern, fast-paced agency environment. Through structured rotations across three core departments, interns will develop valuable business, operational, and strategic skills while working alongside experienced professionals on real projects.
This program is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry experience, providing participants with mentorship, hands-on exposure, and the opportunity to build a strong foundation for their professional careers.
What You'll Learn
During the program, interns will rotate through three key departments:
1. Human Resources (HR)
- Learn the fundamentals of recruitment, onboarding, and people operations.
- Assist with hiring processes and employer branding initiatives.
- Understand workplace culture and employee engagement.
2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Gain exposure to market research, business development, and client acquisition.
- Learn how businesses position their services and develop growth strategies.
- Support outreach, lead generation, and market analysis activities.
3. Project Management
- Learn project planning, task management, and team coordination.
- Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Understand how cross-functional teams collaborate to deliver successful outcomes.
Internship Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day activities across all three departments.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings.
- Conduct research and assist with assigned projects.
- Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams on real business initiatives.
- Complete departmental assignments and learning activities during each rotation.
- Develop presentations, reports, and documentation where required.
- Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a willingness to learn throughout the program.
- Complete a final capstone project showcasing the knowledge and skills gained during the internship.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate student, recent graduate, or career starter.
- Strong interest in business, marketing, human resources, operations, or project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Nice to Have
- Leadership experience through university societies, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities.
- Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools such as Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana.
- Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar productivity platforms.
- Previous internship, freelance, or project experience (not required).
- Passion for learning about startups, agencies, or business operations.
