Social Media Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, organized, and execution-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our company's social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, managing day-to-day social media operations, fostering community engagement, and executing campaigns that strengthen our brand and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Strategy
Manage the company's social media presence across LinkedIn, Reddit, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Execute platform-specific social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, audience growth, and lead generation.
Create, manage, and maintain content calendars, publishing schedules, and campaign timelines.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify new content opportunities.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social media platforms.
Content Creation & Execution
Lead the end-to-end content creation process, including ideation, research, scripting, copywriting, scheduling, publishing, and optimization.
Create engaging written, visual, and video content tailored to each platform and audience.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and other creative partners to produce high-quality content.
Repurpose blogs, webinars, case studies, podcasts, and other long-form content into platform-specific social media assets.
Maintain a consistent publishing cadence while ensuring content aligns with business priorities.
Community Management & Engagement
Monitor social media channels and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and conversations in a timely and professional manner.
Foster meaningful interactions to build an active and engaged online community.
Identify opportunities to collaborate with creators, partners, and industry influencers.
Escalate customer feedback and relevant conversations to internal teams when appropriate.
Marketing Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media channels.
Collaborate with sales, product, HR, and leadership teams to promote company initiatives, events, product launches, and recruitment campaigns.
Support employer branding and corporate communications through engaging social media content.
Contribute creative ideas that enhance campaign performance and audience engagement.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze key social media metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Continuously optimize content based on audience behavior, analytics, and platform performance.
Test new content formats, publishing schedules, and engagement strategies to improve results.
AI-Powered Content & Innovation
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging technologies to support content ideation, research, drafting, repurposing, and workflow efficiency.
Leverage AI responsibly while maintaining creativity, authenticity, and brand consistency.
Stay informed about emerging AI tools, social media trends, and platform innovations to continuously improve content quality and productivity.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands, businesses, or organizations.
Proven experience creating and executing successful social media content across multiple platforms.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Reddit, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, including platform best practices and audience engagement strategies.
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content planning skills.
Experience creating short-form video content and managing social media publishing workflows.
AI Proficiency: Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to support content creation and workflow optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize content accordingly.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Nice to Have
Experience working in B2B, technology, or startup environments.
Video editing, graphic design, or motion graphics experience.
Familiarity with social media scheduling, reporting, and analytics tools.
