Role Overview
We are looking for a technically strong and systems-oriented High-Ticket Sales Closer to build and scale our revenue and conversion infrastructure. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of experience who are passionate about relationship-building, direct-to-consumer sales, and mastering international market demographics.
You will work at the intersection of psychology, high-ticket sales, and global market outreach—owning the end-to-end sales conversation, enabling high conversion rates, and powering high-impact revenue initiatives. This is a remote role, offering flexibility along with strong ownership, high commission potential, and international growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Tracking Infrastructure
Design, implement, and maintain scalable consultative sales processes across diverse communication environments (video calls, phone, and messaging).
Own conversation tracking architecture, ensuring consistent and reliable customer data collection during discovery calls.
Debug and resolve communication gaps or friction points across the sales funnel.
Data Pipelines & Integrations
Build and manage strong relational pipelines between initial inbound marketing leads, the CRM, and finalized high-ticket sales agreements.
Integrate interpersonal communication strategies with digital scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, CRMs) to manage a seamless prospect pipeline.
Ensure clean, structured, and accessible client history notes for downstream use (customer success, onboarding, and retention tracking).
Experimentation & Optimization
Partner with growth and product teams to implement objection-handling frameworks and pitch experimentation tools.
Enable data-driven decision-making through reliable tracking of closing ratios and pitch variation reporting.
Improve funnel visibility and conversion tracking across the user journey from discovery call to closed-won.
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align on target demographic nuances and lead quality.
Translate complex human relationship needs into scalable, structured sales solutions.
Manage multiple high-value leads simultaneously while ensuring high-quality rapport and brand reliability.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in high-ticket closing, consultative sales, premium relationship services, or a similar revenue-generating role.
Strong understanding of human psychology, high-empathy communication, and closing flows for emotional, high-investment purchases.
Hands-on experience selling to or deeply understanding the lifestyle and relationship nuances of women aged 50+.
Global perspective: Must have lived or studied abroad to effortlessly connect with an international Total Addressable Market (TAM).
Proficiency in navigating modern sales tech stacks (CRMs, pipelines, and dialers) and clear communication of qualitative feedback.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on target hitting, pipeline accuracy, and revenue scalability.
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate consumer insights clearly to the marketing team.
