Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Cybersecurity (Remote, US Shift)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to handle inbound leads, demo requests, and early-stage account outreach. This is a high-ownership role where you will research target accounts, engage with technical and security stakeholders, and help build early momentum for the sales process. You will work closely with the US client and internal teams to turn interest into qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Engagement

Follow up with inbound leads, demo signups, and POCs using personalized messaging.

Identify buying intent, urgency, technical fit, and business context for each lead.

Multi-thread outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Build relationships with key stakeholders including CISOs, AppSec teams, DevSecOps engineers, and compliance leads.
Account & Stakeholder Research

Map target accounts and reporting structures.

Track team changes, relevant company signals, and opportunities to strengthen outreach.

Maintain CRM records and research documentation for accurate handoff to sales teams.
Pipeline & Lead Qualification

Qualify opportunities based on role, need, urgency, and likely fit for the product.

Provide context-rich insights to sales teams to support follow-up and conversion.

Track responses, follow-ups, and account developments consistently.
Product Knowledge & Communication

Speak confidently about ZeroPath’s AI-native AppSec platform at a high level.

Understand buyer pain points and position the product accordingly.

Translate technical concepts into simple, relevant messaging for decision-makers.
Requirements

1–3 years experience in SDR, BDR, lead generation, or sales support.

Strong written English with ability to personalize outreach.

Confidence communicating with technical/security-focused stakeholders.

Skilled in LinkedIn prospecting, account research, and multi-threaded outreach.

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently on a US shift.
Preferred

Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity sales.

Handling inbound demo requests or product signups.

Familiarity with security personas such as CISOs, AppSec, and engineering teams.
