Marketing Executive - Content, Email & Growth
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Marketing Executive to drive content, email marketing, and growth initiatives. This role combines content creation, campaign execution, audience engagement, and performance tracking to help generate awareness, nurture prospects, and support business growth. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to build marketing programs that attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing & Distribution
- Create and manage high-quality content across blogs, LinkedIn, email campaigns, newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Develop content aligned with audience interests, business objectives, and market trends.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximize reach and engagement.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent publishing schedules.
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Plan, build, and execute email campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, customer engagement, and company updates.
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on user behavior and engagement signals.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Build and manage automated email sequences to support customer journeys and growth initiatives.
Growth & Demand Generation
- Support growth initiatives across organic, social, email, and partner channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve audience acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Research target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategy.
- Collaborate with sales, leadership, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track key marketing metrics and campaign performance.
- Prepare reports and insights to evaluate content effectiveness and growth initiatives.
- Use data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Maintain marketing databases, audience lists, and campaign documentation.
Brand & Communication
- Develop messaging that clearly communicates company value and offerings.
- Translate complex ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice across all marketing channels and campaigns.
- Support product launches, feature announcements, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, email marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong written English and content creation skills.
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently on a US shift.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, professional services, or startup environments.
- Hands-on experience with email automation and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO, LinkedIn growth, content distribution, and audience-building strategies.
- Experience working closely with sales or business development teams to support growth initiatives.
