Technical GTM Engineer

As a Technical GTM Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain the technical foundation behind our go-to-market motion. You will work hands-on with tools like Instantly, Clay, and modern GTM platforms to power outbound execution, automate workflows, and ensure clean, reliable data across revenue systems.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain GTM infrastructure supporting outbound, sales, and revenue teams
- Design and manage workflows using tools for lead enrichment, scoring, and routing
- Configure and optimize outbound systems using tools like Instantly
- Integrate CRMs, outbound platforms, and data providers into a cohesive GTM stack
- Automate GTM and RevOps workflows to improve speed, consistency, and accuracy
- Troubleshoot data integrity, deliverability, and automation issues across systems
- Partner with sales, growth, and operations teams to translate GTM needs into technical solutions
- Document systems, automations, and technical processes clearly
- Continuously optimize GTM systems for scale and performance
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps engineering, or revenue systems
- Hands-on experience with Clay and outbound automation tools
- Strong experience with Instantly or similar outbound execution platforms
- Solid understanding of outbound sales workflows, lead flows, and CRM architecture
- Experience working with APIs, automations, and no-code or low-code tools
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
