They build messaging frameworks, shape brand voice, and turn strategy into copy that converts.

You will work across content strategy, positioning, and execution. You will shape messaging that drives traffic, leads, and engagement for both client projects and internal growth channels.

What You’ll Do

You will lead strategy and copy development across content, campaigns, and communications. Your work will bridge big-picture thinking with precise execution.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Build and own a content strategy that aligns with business goals and audience needs

  • Develop messaging frameworks and positioning that clarify value and drive action

  • Write high-impact copy for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, ads, sales collateral, and social media

  • Research industries, audience segments, competitors, and search intent to inform strategy

  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to integrate keyword strategy into compelling copy

  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, drafts, and editing while maintaining strategic quality

  • Edit and refine content for tone, clarity, and conversion focus

  • Work with designers, strategists, and project owners to ensure content aligns with visual and brand standards

  • Measure the performance of content through analytics and iterate on the strategy

  • Document content playbooks, style guides, and messaging frameworks for consistency

We’re Looking For

You are a strategic thinker and a persuasive writer. You understand why words matter and how messaging drives conversions. You balance creativity with analytics and care about both brand and performance.

You should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or related roles

  • Strong command of persuasive writing for different audiences and formats

  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging copy

  • Experience with content planning, audience research, and narrative frameworks

  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment

  • Strong collaboration skills and clear communication

  • A testing mindset and attention to performance metrics

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SEO-driven content strategy

  • Background writing for SaaS, tech, or B2B audiences

  • Experience writing email sequences, landing pages, and conversion-optimized copy

  • You should be comfortable using most of the following tools:

    Writing & Collaboration

    • Project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp)

    SEO & Research

    • Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar keyword research tools

    • Surfer SEO, Clearscope, or similar content optimization tools

    AI & Productivity

    • ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, or similar AI tools

    • Tools for ideation, summarization, and draft editing

    Analytics & Tracking

    • Google Analytics / GA4

    • Search Console

    • Looker Studio dashboards

    Publishing & CMS

    • WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms
