Shopify and Amazon Virtual Assistant (VA)

You will be a core part of our clients’ e-commerce operations, handling tasks that keep stores running and performance improving. You will work with leaders across marketing, operations, and fulfillment to deliver measurable business support.
What You’ll Do
You will support the ongoing management of Shopify and Amazon storefronts by performing a mix of operational, analytical, and customer-focused tasks.
Core responsibilities include:
- Manage product uploads and updates on Shopify and Amazon (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, variants)
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with fulfillment or supply teams when restocks are needed
- Review and troubleshoot listing issues, policy flags, and errors on both platforms
- Optimize listings with keyword research and best practices to improve visibility and conversions
- Create and manage promotions, discounts, bundles, and storefront features
- Handle routine customer inquiries and support issues related to orders, returns, and product questions
- Monitor reviews, respond professionally when appropriate, and escalate issues to managers
- Track and report key sales metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate order management workflows and returns processing
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, template generation, summarization, and routine workflows
- Maintain organized documentation, SOPs, and checklists for recurring tasks
We’re Looking For
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning operational processes. You understand e-commerce environments and take pride in flawless execution.
You should have:
- Prior experience managing Shopify and/or Amazon storefronts or related VA responsibilities
- Strong written communication and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and execute with minimal supervision
- A solutions-oriented mindset that anticipates issues before they become problems
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment with asynchronous communication
Nice to Have:
- Experience optimizing listings for SEO and conversion
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify admin panels
- Prior work in customer support or order management
- Basic understanding of e-commerce metrics and reporting
