Senior Media Buyer
We are hiring a Senior Media Buyer with deep expertise in Meta Ads and digital media buying to manage and scale paid social campaigns for pilates studios, gyms, and similar local fitness businesses. This role requires strong ownership, autonomy, and a clear understanding of how to generate high-quality leads within tight geographic radiuses.
You will be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, testing, and optimization, with a strong emphasis on localized performance and speed to impact.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Build and optimize lead generation campaigns for pilates studios, gyms, and local fitness brands
- Develop localized targeting strategies within a five to seven-kilometer radius
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and scaling decisions based on performance data
- Test creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels to improve CPL and lead quality
- Analyze results and report on key performance metrics
- Own accounts end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Ramp up quickly and contribute meaningfully within the first 30 days
What We’re Looking For
- Senior-level experience running Meta Ads and paid social campaigns
- Strong background in Facebook and Meta Ads is required
- Experience with localized lead generation is highly preferred
- Clear understanding of marketing within tight geographic radiuses
- Experience beyond e-commerce and traditional B2B is a strong plus
- Ability to work autonomously and manage campaigns independently
- Performance-driven mindset with a focus on scaling winning campaigns
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with performance measurement and attribution
- Experience supporting both lead-gen and brand campaigns
- Familiarity with content creation and optimization
