Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and strategy-oriented PPC Executive to manage, optimize, and scale our paid search and digital advertising initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-5 years of experience who are passionate about managing multiple client accounts, driving high ROI, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
You will work at the core of our marketing agency operations—owning end-to-end paid campaigns, analyzing performance data, and delivering impactful growth for our clients. This is a remote role, offering flexibility along with strong ownership, client exposure, and growth opportunities within the UK market and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Strategy
• Design, build, and launch comprehensive PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant paid channels.
• Conduct exhaustive keyword research, negative keyword mapping, and competitor analysis to discover growth opportunities.
• Structure accounts effectively to maximize budget utilization and ensure high Quality Scores.
Optimization & A/B Testing
• Write compelling, high-converting ad copy and continuously test ad variations (headlines, descriptions, assets).
• Continuously optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, and landing page alignments to drive down CPA and increase conversion rates.
• Implement and manage strict A/B testing frameworks across campaigns to maximize overall ROI.
Data Analysis & Client Reporting
• Monitor daily/weekly KPIs, manage client budgets efficiently, and prevent over or under-spending.
• Translate complex campaign metrics into actionable insights and clear, professional performance reports for clients.
• Analyze performance attribution and user behavior to identify funnel bottlenecks and growth levers.
Agency Multi-Tasking & Team Collaboration
• Seamlessly manage and switch gears between multiple diverse client accounts across various industries.
• Work closely with the wider agency team (designers, copywriters, and account managers) to align paid strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats.
Requirements
• 2–5 years of proven experience managing successful PPC campaigns, preferably within a marketing agency environment.
• UK Market Expertise: Demonstrable experience working with UK-based companies, understanding their market dynamics, consumer behavior, and localization nuances.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and PPC management/reporting tools.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with the confidence to communicate insights clearly.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong data-analysis skills with a solid understanding of tracking setups (Google Tag Manager) and attribution modeling.
• Execution: Self-driven and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client deadlines without compromising on quality.
