Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our design and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1-2 years of experience who are passionate about visual storytelling and digital design. You will work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to create engaging social media graphics, design web pages, and contribute to branding initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in Islamabad, offering hands-on experience and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Design

Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.

Create banners, posts, and ad creatives aligned with marketing campaigns.
Web & UI Design Support

Assist in designing website pages, landing pages, and UI elements.

Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

Optimize designs for responsiveness and user experience.
Branding & Logo Design

Design and conceptualize logos and assist in brand identity development.

Create visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and marketing collateral.

Adapt and resize designs for different platforms and formats.
Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with internal teams to understand design requirements.

Take feedback constructively and iterate on designs efficiently.

Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.
Requirements

1-2 years of experience in graphic design (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma.

Strong sense of design, layout, typography, and color theory.

Basic understanding of social media trends and digital content formats.

Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.

Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Preferred

Experience working on social media campaigns or digital marketing projects.

Basic knowledge of web design principles (UI/UX fundamentals).

Portfolio showcasing social media designs, web layouts, and logo/branding work.
