The Human Resources Specialist will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding through development and compliance. You’ll help build a strong, people-centric culture, maintain organized processes, and support team success. This hybrid role requires a proactive mindset and willingness to work from our Islamabad office.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail

  • Experience interviewing and hiring talent

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities

  • Knowledge of global hiring best practices and compliance

  • Experience with HRIS/ATS tools (preferred)
