HubSpot Specialist
We’re hiring a HubSpot Specialist to own and operate the HubSpot CRM + automation system for a single, high-growth US-based client. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build clean CRM structure, automate workflows, and create reporting that helps leadership make decisions.
You’ll be fully embedded into the client’s team, supported by The Remote Reps, and responsible for keeping HubSpot organized, scalable, and conversion-focused.
What You’ll Do
- Own HubSpot portal setup: pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages, permissions, and governance
- Build and maintain automation: workflows, lead routing, task creation, sequences, handoffs
- Keep data clean: deduping, field standards, imports/exports, and quality checks
- Build dashboards & reports: funnel conversion, pipeline health, rep activity, forecasting
- Manage integrations: Zapier/Make, Slack, forms, calendars, and other tools as needed
- Document the system and prevent CRM chaos as the team scales
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot ownership (not just light usage)
- Strong understanding of CRM structure, automation, and reporting
- Comfortable troubleshooting workflows, integrations, and data issues
- Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and clear communicator
Nice To Have
- HubSpot certifications
- Service Hub experience (ticketing, SLAs)
- Migration or RevOps background
