Growth Web Developer (Full-Stack | SEO | Conversion)
We are hiring a Senior Growth Web Developer (Full-Stack | SEO | Conversion) to join our expanding global team. This is a fully remote role with required overlap in US Eastern Time, offering long-term engagement with performance-driven US-based clients. Designed for experienced developers (3+ years) who thrive in high-ownership environments, this role goes beyond traditional web development. You will architect, build, and optimize revenue-generating websites that directly impact lead flow, paid performance, and SEO growth. Role Overview
Your mission: build and optimize high-performance websites and landing pages that function as revenue-generating assets — not brochure sites. You will design, launch, and continuously improve web infrastructure that supports SEO growth, paid traffic performance, conversion tracking, and CRM integration.
You will work directly with marketing strategists, paid media teams, and leadership to translate growth strategy into technically sound, fast, conversion-focused web experiences built for scale.
This role sits at the intersection of development, technical SEO, analytics, and CRO execution.
Key Responsibilities
Website Architecture & Development:
- Architect and build high-converting WordPress websites and landing pages from the ground up. Translate marketing strategy and campaign objectives into production-ready web builds.
- Design scalable site structures that support SEO, paid traffic segmentation, and service-based revenue models.
- Build reusable component systems to accelerate deployment and maintain consistency across properties. Lead site launches, deployments, migrations, and structural redesigns.
Technical SEO & Performance Engineering:
- Implement clean site architecture, internal linking systems, and structured schema markup.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile responsiveness across all builds.
- Execute technical SEO best practices including crawl optimization, indexing logic, and redirect management.
- Ensure all websites are search-engine-friendly at the structural level.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks before launch.
Tracking, Analytics & Attribution Infrastructure:
- Implement and validate GA4, GTM, Meta/Google pixels, and call tracking systems.
- Design goal tracking, event measurement, and attribution frameworks for SEO and paid traffic.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking across landing pages, campaigns, and CRM integrations.
- Develop clean tracking environments that provide reliable performance data from day one.
- Troubleshoot and debug analytics discrepancies independently.
Integrations & Automation:
- Integrate websites with CRMs, automation platforms, and lead routing systems.
- Build advanced form routing logic and conditional workflows.
- Implement API connections, webhooks, and third-party tool integrations where required.
- Ensure seamless data flow between web properties, marketing tools, and sales systems.
- Reduce manual processes through engineered automation solutions.
Conversion Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze behavioral data to identify conversion friction and improvement opportunities.
- Implement CRO experiments and iterative design improvements.
- Continuously refine page layouts, messaging structure, and UX based on performance metrics.
- Maintain a testing mindset across all live properties.
- Drive measurable increases in lead volume and conversion rate over time.
