Google Ads Specialist (Remote)

What You’ll Do
You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns for clients or internal projects. You will work across search, display, shopping, retargeting, discovery, and performance-focused goals to drive qualified traffic, leads, and revenue.
Core responsibilities include:
- Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns tailored to business goals
- Define audience targeting, keyword strategy, bidding tactics, and budget allocation
- Create and optimize ad groups, responsive search ads, display creatives, and shopping campaigns
- Monitor performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI
- Conduct A/B tests on copy, audiences, landing page experiences, and creative assets
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to improve messaging and landing pages
- Implement tracking and analytics to ensure attribution accuracy and conversion visibility
- Produce performance reporting with clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Use AI and automation tools to streamline research, optimization, and reporting
- Stay up to date with Google Ads platform changes, best practices, and industry trends
We’re Looking For
You are a performance-oriented paid media specialist who combines analytical discipline with strategic thinking. You measure success by outcomes and efficiency, not activity alone. You thrive in a remote environment and communicate clearly across stakeholders.
You should have:
- 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with proven results
- Deep understanding of search, display, shopping, retargeting, and performance campaigns
- Experience with keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into optimizations
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative and strategy teams
- A test-and-learn mindset with rigorous documentation and learning
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or lead-generation campaigns
- Managing mid to high spend accounts with scaling strategies
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization practices
