Executive Assistant (VA1)
Client Communication & Reporting Management
- Maintain exceptional client communication standards by ensuring a 100% response rate across all client channels (Slack, email, CRM), prioritizing clarity, professionalism, and timely follow-ups
- Prepare, organize, and deliver client reports, updates, and summaries, tracking deadlines and ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on time
Project, Task & CRM Operations
- Oversee project and task management by creating, updating, and tracking all tasks in Notion, ensuring proper prioritization, accountability, and integration with Slack for real-time visibility
- Manage and organize CRM systems (GoHighLevel), including contact management, pipeline organization, and data accuracy
Executive, Administrative & Personal Support
- Manage email inbox and calendar, including scheduling meetings, labeling and organizing emails, setting reminders, and coordinating priorities to maintain an efficient daily workflow
- Provide comprehensive executive and personal assistance, including booking flights and travel accommodations, handling personal errands, taking personal calls, and supporting LinkedIn profile updates and administrative tasks
Experience and Proficiency
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Should have administrative experience either from a corporate set-up or as a VA
- IMPORTANT: Should have any CRM management experience
