Digital Marketing Specialist

In this role, you will help shape holistic marketing campaigns, connect strategy to execution, and elevate performance through data, creativity, and consistency.
What You’ll Do
You will own core digital marketing functions across channels, helping to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that align with business objectives. Your work will support lead growth, audience engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate with specialists in SEO, paid media, content, and analytics to deliver integrated strategies.
Core responsibilities include:
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, email, display, retargeting)
- Manage and optimize website content to drive traffic and engagement
- Develop, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns that nurture and convert audiences
- Create and manage social media calendars, organic posting, and performance tracking
- Set up tracking and analytics to measure campaign performance and inform decisions
- Use data to identify growth opportunities and deliver insights to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and paid specialists to align messaging and performance goals
- Produce regular performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, creative ideation, optimization, and reporting
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints
We’re Looking For
You are a strategic doer with cross-channel digital marketing experience. You combine analytical thinking with tactical execution and take ownership of results.
You should have:
- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Understanding of core channels, including SEO, paid media, email, and social media
- Strong ability to analyze data and turn insights into actions
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- A proactive mindset and strong collaboration skills
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with performance measurement and attribution
- Experience supporting both lead-gen and brand campaigns
- Familiarity with content creation and optimization

- Email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot or similar)
- CRM familiarity
Social & Scheduling
- Social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
- Scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
AI & Productivity
- AI writing and research tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.)
- Notion, Slack, and project documentation tools
