What you will do as a Remote Reps team member

Depending on your best fit, you may:
  • Support growth through sales outreach and pipeline generation
  • Execute marketing projects across SEO, content, paid ads, or email
  • Manage customer experience across email, chat, and support tools
  • Handle operations, admin, or back office workflows with ownership
  • Build systems, automation, and clean processes that scale execution
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams using async remote tools

What we are looking for

We are looking for people who:
  • Communicate clearly in writing and on calls
  • Thrive in remote work with strong self management
  • Take initiative and solve problems without needing constant direction
  • Can show results from past work through metrics, examples, or outcomes
  • Learn tools quickly and adapt to new workflows
  • Bring professionalism, organization, and consistency every day
Specialists and strong generalists are both welcome. We care about output and reliability.

Tech and tools familiarity

You do not need to know everything, but comfort with modern tools helps you ramp fast. Examples include:
  • Communication: Slack, Zoom, Google Meet
  • Documentation: Notion, Google Docs, Microsoft Word
  • Project management: Asana, Trello, ClickUp
  • Support tools: Zendesk, Help Scout, Front, Intercom
  • Sales and marketing tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, ad platforms
  • AI tools: ChatGPT or similar for drafting, summarizing, research, and workflow acceleration
If you are not familiar with a tool but learn fast, that is still a strong signal.
