Account Executive
We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to own and manage the end-to-end sales process. You will engage qualified leads, conduct discovery calls, present solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales mindset, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal close
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, pain points, and goals
- Present products or services in a clear, value-driven manner
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and account management teams for smooth handoffs
- Provide feedback on lead quality, objections, and market trends
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or account executive role
- Proven ability to close deals and hit revenue targets
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience handling discovery calls, demos, and objections
- Comfortable working with KPIs, quotas, and performance metrics
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-focused
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships

- CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar
- Sales engagement tools and email outreach platforms
- Calendar scheduling tools
- Video conferencing tools for sales calls and demos
- Google Workspace or similar productivity tools
Nice To Have
- Experience selling B2B services or SaaS
- Familiarity with inbound and outbound sales processes
- Experience selling to US, UK, or global clients
